Our Registered Nurses can coordinate and mange every aspect of your care. They can also perform full weekly physical assessments.

Our registered nurses can provide:

• Assessing and teaching medication regimen and response to medications
• Diabetic teaching
• Wound care and dressing changes
• Post surgical care
• Catheter care and changes
• Colostomy
• IV therapy, tube feeding and injections
• Disease treatment and prevention and others

Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) can provide dressing changes, treatments, medications and observation of client’s condition.

We also have Home Health Aides (HHA) who can work directly under an RN and assist with all personal care such as:

• Bathing
• Dressing
• Ambulatory movement
• Monitoring of vital signs
• Light Housekeeping
• Meal Preparation
• Laundry

Our registered nurses and RN case managers can oversee and coordinate every element of the client’s need.
